The model and preset voice are subject to the BigScience Open RAIL-M License,
including its use restrictions in Attachment A. A complete copy accompanies
this notice in LICENSE.txt. The ONNX files are unchanged from the pinned
conversion. The browser integration is Bailiwick code.

This is a local development candidate. Before public distribution, the model
license, attribution, machine-generated speech disclosure, and enforceable
downstream use restrictions must be included in the release's notices and
applicable user agreement. This notice is not a claim that those release
requirements or physical device qualification are complete.
